Starter Vape Kit flavour law guide
Ordering starter vape kit is not difficult. Ordering starter vape kit that sell through without a return queue behind them is the part most buyers underestimate, and it is where we spend our time. We supply importers in European and North American markets with core lines that turn over predictably, and we keep the specification list short enough for your team to actually manage.

Where the margin really sits
We ship starter vape kits to distributors, chain buyers and independent shops. What follows is the material we normally cover in a first conversation: what we hold in stock, how we test it, how it ships, and what happens when a carton arrives damaged.
The cheapest way to lower your cost per unit is usually to remove a SKU, not to negotiate a discount. Fewer lines means larger runs, fewer changeovers and a better price at the same quality.
We publish a realistic band of 2.83 to 9.20 per unit for standard configurations at 60 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
After-sales, replacements and reorders
We keep the specification sheet for every order on file. Two years later, when a customer asks whether a pod is compatible, the answer is a lookup rather than a guess.
The replacement policy is deliberately simple: report within seven days of delivery with photos and the batch code, and we replace or credit at the next shipment. We do not argue about a defect we can see in a photograph.
Compliance without the last-minute scramble
Artwork approval is a two stage process: a digital proof for text and layout, then a physical dummy for colour and finish. Skipping the dummy is the single most common cause of a reprint.
Age verification is not only a website problem. Retail packaging, shelf placement and staff scripting all carry compliance weight, and auditors increasingly ask for evidence of all three.
- Named account contact who has handled the product
- Specification locked in writing before production starts
- Private label files archived for future rebrands
- Standing reorder schedule with a fixed cut-off
- Seven-day defect reporting with replace-or-credit
- Document pack prepared per destination market
Lead times, freight and landed cost
If you dropship, we can label cartons to your format and omit our documentation from the outer box. It is a small operational detail that decides whether your customer sees a supplier or a partner.
We can consolidate mixed orders of starter vape kits into one shipment. Consolidation saves freight but adds handling days, so we quote both a consolidated and a split option and let you choose.
