We publish a realistic band of 2.69 to 8.64 per unit for standard configurations at 120 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Payment terms for new accounts are normally a deposit with the balance against the bill of lading. Established buyers on a repeat schedule can move to terms after three clean shipments.
The reorder is the real test
For private label accounts we hold the artwork files and the approval record. Rebranding a line eighteen months later is then a file update instead of a redesign.
Reorders are the real test of a supplier. If the second shipment does not match the first, the relationship is over regardless of price, so we treat the reorder as the actual deliverable.

How orders move from factory to shelf

Yes. Sample orders are shipped by air express and the cost is credited against your first production order above 120 units. We would rather you handle the sample than approve a specification from a photograph.
