A 0.5 percent defect rate sounds excellent until it lands on a 600 unit order and you are handling three returns in a week. We quote realistic rates per category and we credit in advance for the known failure modes.

Reading a quotation properly

We publish a realistic band of 2.78 to 9.19 per unit for standard configurations at 50 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.

How long does production take?
