Starter Vape Kit shipping and freight — a brief
Buyers come to us for starter vape kit after a bad quarter: dead stock on one side, empty shelves on the other. The cause is usually the same, an assortment built from a catalogue instead of from sell-through data. This page explains how we rebuild that balance for importers.

Turning shelf space into repeat visits
There is no shortage of suppliers quoting starter vape kit. The scarce thing is a supplier who will tell you which SKU to drop. We have been shipping starter vape kits long enough to know that the honest answer is usually a shorter list, and that is the answer we give.
Bundle a device with a consumable and the reorder rhythm changes from occasional to weekly. That single merchandising decision often does more for monthly revenue than a price promotion.
Staff knowledge converts better than any poster. If your team can explain the difference between two coils in one sentence, the step-up SKU sells itself.
Paperwork, labelling and market rules
Advertising rules are stricter than product rules in most markets. Claims about cessation, health or comparative performance should stay off packaging and off your product pages unless your legal team has signed them off.
We keep batch codes traceable from carton to production date. When a market authority asks for traceability, a supplier who cannot produce it in an hour becomes a liability very quickly.
Building an assortment that actually turns
Sourcing trips still matter for volume buyers. Seeing the line, the ageing room and the packing station tells you in an hour what six emails cannot. We host visits by appointment and we do not stage them.
When you compare suppliers for starter vape kit, ask for the last three production dates on the same SKU. If the answers are vague, the specification is not being held and the next batch will not match the sample you approved.
- Batch codes traceable from carton back to production date
- Standing reorder schedule with a fixed cut-off
- Seven-day defect reporting with replace-or-credit
- Artwork proof plus physical dummy for custom packaging
- Consolidated or split shipping, quoted both ways
- Cartons drop-tested and pallet-counted for clean freight
Reading a quotation properly
We publish a realistic band of 3.01 to 8.25 per unit for standard configurations at 300 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Currency moves more than most buyers expect over a twelve month supply plan. We quote in USD and hold the price for 30 days from confirmation so your margin calculation is not guesswork.
Specification summary
| Battery | 500 mAh |
| Pod capacity | 2.5 ml |
| Coil resistance | 1.0 ohm |
| Included | Device, 2 pods, cable |
| Charging | USB-C 5V/1A |
| Packaging | Blister pack |
| Minimum order | 100 units per SKU, mixed cartons allowed |
| Lead time | 22 working days after artwork approval |
None of this is complicated. It is just written down, which is more than most buyers get before they wire a deposit.
Frequently asked
How long does production take?
Around 18 working days after artwork approval for stock configurations, plus transit. Custom runs add roughly a week for tooling and a physical dummy. We confirm the date in writing on the order acknowledgement.
What happens if part of the order is defective?
Report within seven days with photos and the batch code. Confirmed defects are replaced or credited on the next shipment. The failure is logged by mode and batch, and reviewed monthly with the factory.
Can we order samples before committing?
Yes. Sample orders are shipped by air express and the cost is credited against your first production order above 300 units. We would rather you handle the sample than approve a specification from a photograph.
